The event flowers design process:
Inquiry & Consultation
To inquire, fill out the questionnaire on our contact form. We will confirm availability and schedule a 30 minute consultation.
We’ll chat about the ideal look, style, and feel for your day, as well as your floral and palette preferences. Your shared inspiration images are welcome!
Estimate & Booking
You’ll receive an itemized estimate, along with a visual design brief outlining our understanding of your style, as well as available options. We’ll adjust the look and contents of the package to suit your feedback.
With a signed contract and 50% booking payment, your date is reserved.
Planning & Sourcing
In the months leading up to your event, I will plan the specifics of your designs, and source the florals, vessels, and supplies required. I’ll be in touch with you or your planner to fine tune details to match your final floorplan and guest count.
Event Implementation
When event week arrives, I will receive your flowers and execute your designs. Our delivery schedule will be tailored to your event timeline. We will coordinate with your venue to retrieve rentals and remove excess florals after the event. Just relax and focus on your day!
